MEET THE TEAM BEHIND OUR CAMPAIGN.

We know that good people make a great company and we make it a priority to focus on our staff.  With an active team based environment, our staff have fun in and out of the office.  When our staff come to work, its more than just getting jobs. It’s coming to work with our friends.   We work hard and we have fun doing it everyday.


   Timothy Gibson        (CAMPAIGN MANAGER + STEM INSTRUCTOR)

His previous roles include Onboarding Trainer, Director of Operations, and Chief Executive Officer. Most recently worked with a software development team as scrum master in a scrum project for mobile application. His role involved technical design, development, testing, support, Agile project management, coordination and facilitation. His domain experience includes library content store and financial automotive data. Technical knowledge and hands on experience includes Swift and Objective C, and cloud based services. Other technical experience includes Web UI/Webservices, SQL Lite, PHP, and HTML.


    Tamarie Willis           (LEADERSHIP TEAM ADVISOR)

Current Academic Advisor for Wayne State University's School of Social Work. Tamarie has focused her education and social work career in the area of Innovation in the Community, Policy, and Leadership, with a focus on the Community and Policy platforms. During her graduate education, she interned with the Transition to Independence Program (T.I.P), where she created curriculum modules for the program, which served in training/educating the board as well as community partners of the various issues facing this particular population.



    Katrina Smith (Ph.D.)
     (VOCATIONAL EVALUATOR)

Current Vocational Evaluator for Comprehensive and Limited Reports. Dr. Smith have over 10 years of experience working with individuals, couples and families in the field of mental health. She specializes in couples and family counseling, sex offender and domestic violence groups, as well as depression and anxiety, and other major mental illnesses.












    Erica Layne    
     (HR DIRECTOR OF TALENT ACQUISITIONS)


Current Human Resources Personnel team lead, her passion to develop relationships and recognize the needs of others is why people are naturally drawn to her. She has spent over 20 years in the human services industry and has learned to identify and appreciate the value of innate talents and fostering relationships that will establish opportunities of real growth. Professionalism and accountability are the rules that drives her while providing leadership and guidance in various roles of administration, compensation, recruitment, training and benefits.











    Aliah Jaundoo
     (INTAKE LEAD + MVP)

Current contractor and recent Georgia State University Graduate with a Bachelors in Psychology. As this Summer's 2017 Most Valuable Person (MVP) winner, Aliah earned the highest number of recognition points from the entire cohort of interns participating in our campaign. Aliah is responsible for new case acquisitions and orientation scheduling for potential clients. Aliah is a key contributor to the Intake team.












   Tega Balfour
    (JOB RECRUITER + EVENTS TEAM)

Current Clayton State University intern majoring in Psychology. Assigned to the Job Recruitment Team, she is a key contributor for developing client events and submitting and reporting new job postings from key employment partners to the team's assigned candidates. Tega is founder and fashion designer of luxury brand DesignAT24.













    Jhazzymn Joiner    
     (SOCIAL MEDIA)


Current Georgia Tech intern majoring in Literature Media and Communications. Jhazzmyn is the key contributor to the team's blog page and various social media outlets. She is the founder of the Joiner Foundation, a 501-C3 non profit organization specializing in offering high school students a merit scholarship to pursue higher education.














    Frank Druion    
     (VOLUNTEER: JOB RECRUITER)

A passionate businessman who specializes in professional recruiting for Fortune 500 companies. He has been volunteering with the agency since 2013.

















   Ismail (Wymell) Walton
    (INTAKE LEAD + JOB RECRUITER)

Current contractor and Wayne State graduate student who is the chief organizer and event planner for Wayne State University’s mentoring program for inner city youth.
